W2’s for employed borrowers for the past two years
Most recent pay stubs covering one full month of employment
for all employed borrowers
Last two years tax returns (1040) with all schedules
Social security/pension award letter
Current lease agreements
Two months most recent bank statements for all bank accounts
Copy of current homeowner’s insurance policy
Sales agreement
Copy of hand money check
Source of down payment and proof of it
Gift letter and proof of deposit
Letter of explanation
Bankruptcy discharge and list of creditors
Copy of divorce decree/ separation agreement/child support
order
Copy of mortgage statement with last (12) twelve months cancelled
checks
Copies of last (12) twelve months cancelled checks for rent
Proof of self employment: business license, DBA certificate,
yellow pages, ads, business insurance
